Once you’ve requested a free quote, one of our experts will call you back or get in touch within 24 hours. Our expert will discuss several options over the phone with you, which may include, your fitting option, any additional requests and anything else you need to know. Once everything is agreed on you will receive an invoice for your order, once you have placed your order, we require 7-10 days to complete your steering wheel cover to your custom needs. After this, one of our experts will call you to arrange a booking depending on whether you’ve chosen to come to us or you’ve booked a mobile fitting. 

If you’ve ordered a self fitting kit, we won’t need to book you in for fitting, the cover will arrive within 7-10 days of your purchase. 

Our steering wheel covers are designed to be installed as easily as possible. These steering wheel cover are stitched directly on top of your current steering wheel, there’s no need to remove your steering wheel, or any material from it. The steering wheel covers arrive with a fitting kit, which allows you to stitch the cover together without altering your current wheel at all. 

Our covers are all competitively priced at £150, regardless of material, steering wheel or options you’ve chosen. This price is inclusive of fitting, there may be additional charges if you’ve chosen a mobile fitting service. If you’ve opted for a self fitting kit, the cover will cost £80, there is no shipping fee in the UK and no other charges. 

If you are feeling creative and you’re wanting to attempt a self fit, our team will support you throughout your fitting. Within our kit, we provide a self fitting instruction sheet, we also provide a fitting kit, to allow you to self fit your steering wheel cover hassle free. If you have any issues with your fitting, you’re more than welcome to give us a call for some advice.

If you change your mind, and you’d like us to fit the steering wheel cover, we are able to do this at the fully inclusive price of £150. Please note that we are not held liable for any damages caused to your steering wheel cover during the self fitting process, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstance. We are unable to refit a steering wheel cover if you have attempted to fit it already.

Once you’ve placed your order, your cover should arrive within 7-10 days (please note this may vary slightly during extremely busy periods). Your item will arrive in a box, which includes the steering wheel cover, a fitting instructions sheet, and a self fitting kit. 

We take pride in our products, and we only use top of the range materials. Our steering wheel covers are a great way of improving the feel of your steering wheel, they add approximately 1-2MM of thickness, which allows for a thicker steering wheel and again, a better feel. On top of this, our covers are fully made to your needs as opposed to a generic steering wheel cover. We allow you to choose your stitching colour, the material you’d like and any other needs you may require. Our custom steering wheel covers are guaranteed to improve the interior of your car, and make you feel at home! You are able to match the covers stitching colours with accents on your car, for a personalised feel.

Here at Wheelistic, we ensure that our products are shipped as soon as we can, as soon as the order is through the door, our team begins processing it! Orders can be cancelled, if the cover has not been made or we have not began making it, if the cover is in transit or has been started, we will be unable to cancel your order unfortunately. 

As stated above, we try and complete our orders as soon as we can, to cut down on waiting times. If you’ve ordered a cover and have changed your mind after it has arrived, we are unable to refund your order under any circumstance. All of our covers are bespoke and custom made for your needs. Due to this, we have a strict no refund policy, unless the item is defective or damaged, we will require photo evidence of this.
